Effective October 28, 2026
The short version: the triage engine parses your entry data inside your browser. That data is never transmitted to us. We do not ask for, and do not want, ACE credentials.
If the form cannot reach its delivery endpoint, your submission is cached in your browser's local storage so it is not lost, and it stays on your device. We also store a single flag if you accept analytics. Both can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.
Solely to respond to an early-access request and to onboard brokerages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Depending on how a deployment is configured, contact details may pass through a form-delivery service, and the site itself is served by a static hosting provider. Where analytics is enabled, page-view data is processed by the analytics provider. We use the minimum set required to run the site.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to processing. Because we hold little more than an email address, a request is usually satisfied by deletion. Email the address below and we will action it.
CBP has warned about fraudulent IEEPA refund solicitations. We will never email you asking for ACE credentials, bank details, or entry data. If a message claiming to be from us does, it is not from us.
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
